Home sweet home
my first class of the year at the shop

Traveling affords me an amazing opportunity to see cool places but I'd be lying if I didn't say that exporting my whole process to remote locations isn't a heck of a lot of work.  I don't teach here in the winter because it's yucky outside and cold in the barn.  Once spring has sprung though, everything changes.   With the shop once again habitable it's time to turn on the lights and build some boats.   The farm is turning from forlorn to fecund and it's always fun to have students over for a potluck!  Here's a few photos from the first class of the year at our home base.   Thanks to Jim for letting me shoot with your nikon,  I really liked seeing the photos you took walking on the beach and included some of them here.
