Well, it was bound to happen eventually, after 17 years of building custom boats on the honor system somebody finally flaked out on an order and this beautiful custom F1 now needs a home at a deeply discounted price. I generally don’t take any payment until someone paddles their boat and is sure that they like it. I’m sure that seems strange but it’s just the way I like to do things.
This gorgeous brand new F1 kayak was built for a 185lb paddler and it would work well for anyone 160 to 200.
Fast, maneuverable, comfortable, 29lbs, insanely well behaved in wind and waves, backed by a 5 year or 5000 mile unconditional warranty, the F1 is a popular boat and it can take up to 6 months to get one on our normal production schedule. This new boat is ready now and the shipper is coming this weekend, so if you’ve been thinking about getting an F1 and the size works for you this is a good deal. I have no space to store boats at the moment so I’m dropping the price from 2300 to 1900 just to get it out here. I’ll throw in a cockpit cover and one of my random beater Greenland paddles as well.
