Video: A few more clips from the LPB saran wrap test

Here’s a few more clips from the LPB saran wrap test a week ago. This new size is 16’4” long, 21.5 inches wide at the backrest, 20.5 at the knees, and is targeted at 140 pound paddler. I’m overloading it here so I’m sinking the tail a little too deep (I paddle the 22 normally).
.
As usual going lower than the correct volume for my size adds nothing positive, but I feel confident that it will be right for the intended paddler weight.
.
I increased the tail rocker by a quarter inch when I got the frame home, and I should’ve made the ribs shorter to subtract a quarter inch of depth, but I didn’t feel like rebuilding the frame so I just decided to skin it as is. I have a student building an identical one right now with the correct length ribs so it will be good to compare that to this.
.
Normally I put music on these but for whatever reason I just like the city noises on this one.
