Really nice work on this set of nesting canoes by Giles in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Not to diminish his skills in the least but if you’re noticing the near perfect rib shaping, a lot of that has to do with the quality of the bending Oak that he got from J. W. Swan & Sons. Good bending Oak is expensive but it saves you so much frustration in the long run!
