Lovely triple nesting canoe build from Joel in Ireland

I want to share this lovely triple nesting Cape Falcon canoe build from Joel in Ireland.
.
Initially Joel contacted me just wanting to build a couple of tandems but I always encourage people to build a smaller solo first to get familiar with the system. He took my advice and later said it really helped when building the larger boats.
.
This is the third strongly positive review I’ve gotten of a tandem build this year so I’m starting to think that my system might actually make a decent tandem canoe. (it was designed for solo canoes and pack canoes).
.
I’ll let Joel tell the rest in his own words:.
.
“I only just saw your email as we’re just back from two-nights of wild camping with the canoes, family, and two dogs. We used the the two tandem canoes. Both canoes handled well and nobody capsized. Stability felt good! When they were fully loaded (we probably over-did it) with gear and people they were low in the water, but still very manageable. Thanks again for all the help throughout this process and your amazing course! It has been a fantastic experience. Now that I feel more comfortable with the process, I would love to do more if it wasn’t such as hassle finding good timber, etc…but if I find some good sticks, I might be tempted!.
.
Kind Regards,
Joel”.
