One of my favorite builds is from Andre and friends in Sweden. Andre built a couple of kayaks in 2018 and helped with three more in 2020.
Aside from just documenting the build, their blog takes us on an entertaining journey of their lives surrounding the build in the snowy forests of Sweden.
