I build a LOT of prototypes when working on new designs. This latest pair of nesting pack canoes needs a new home. The larger canoe is 11’8” x 27.5” 18lbs. The smaller canoe is 11’ x 26” 17lbs. The larger one is a nice size for someone up to 185 lbs, the smaller for someone up to 150lbs. The frames are made out of red cedar, yellow cedar and, Oregon white oak. The skin is it 9 ounce ballistic nylon covered with two-part polyurethane. I’m completely happy with both boats I just don’t need them. They have been used twice. $2500 takes BOTH of them with their sails and catamaran outrigger boards which is about $1500 less than I would sell these for brand new. I just need the space in my shop.
