Sound on! Here’s a time lapse of the kayak coating process. The whole thing takes about a day and then that’s it for the life of the skin. This is about as close to a miracle as you’re gonna get in the world of marine finishes.
I love how the colors on each of these turned out. One of the reasons I like building my own kayaks is just to have the option to paddle something that doesn’t look like a giant skittle!
