Video: Running a class II rapid with the latest solo canoe

Been shooting a lot of GoPro footage lately but I’m not totally sure what to do with it. I don’t get quite the same satisfaction out of editing compilations from the same point of view but it is cool to be able to bring people into the “drivers seat”, and I learn a lot from watching myself paddle.
.
This is just a long unedited clip from a little class II rapid I ran on the Upper John Day. This is really too shallow to run but it’s kind of a fun video game trying to find the deep water and dodge the rocks. As you can see towards the end I’m not always successful!
.
Notice the bee in the beginning that comes to check out the GoPro lens!
