Friends of Cape Falcon, we invite you to visit our other Instagram @actuallytiny to check out the near-completion of the tiny house we’ve been building for last 7 months. This cute little cabin incorporates advanced framing and insulation details, passive solar design, a hybrid woodfired/solar thermal hot water system, a fold down porch roof and an outdoor shower. It’s basically the culmination of everything I’ve learned designing and living in tiny spaces for over two decades.
